Not only are we halal certified, we are also a Tasty Singapore Ambassador. This award is given out to a selected few manufacturers in Singapore, to celebrate excellence in both quality and safety of the food manufactured.
Our Wholegrain You Tiao was also awarded the Healthier Choice Logo by the Health Promotion Board, for having developed a You Tiao that is lower in saturated fats and higher in wholegrains.

HOW COME I'VE NEVER HEARD OF YOU?
You Tiao Man supplies to many hotels, caterers and restaurants in Singapore. Even though you've never heard of us, but we bet at some point you have eaten our products in these establishments.
In 2020, we decided to open our products to customers like you through online sales.
Our mission is to bring #hawkersg food into the convenience of your homes, one You Tiao at a time.

I LOVE YOU TIAO, BUT I'VE NEVER EATEN FROZEN YOU TIAO. HOW DO I COOK IT ?
Don't worry, it's very simple! Just think of it as frozen nuggets or spring roll.
Simply defrost, brush some oil and place it in an air fryer/ oven or pan fry with some shallow oil!
Now you can have these hawker favourites available 24/7 in the convenience of your home.
Our You Tiao also has a shelf life of 8 months in the freezer! So easy, so convenient!

ADJUSTMENTS TO OUR PRODUCT SERVICES
Covid-19 has changed the way we operate significantly. If you’ve purchased from us before, here’s the summary of the key changes you need to know. You can find more details for each topic in other sections in our FAQs.
Our items are still available for Self Collection at 5 Mandai Link #08-04 S(728654). To prevent crowding, please wait for us to send the confirmation of Pick Up before heading over.
As we minimise our team size for each working day, we are only offering delivery of our food from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We still offer free delivery (orders above $40) to most areas in Singapore.
With a much reduced team size, we seek your kind understanding that our response might be a little delayed. Rest assured, we will definitely go through every inquiry and reply as soon as you can.
SAFE DISTANCING MEASURES
Ensuring safety for everyone is our top priority. We’ve put in place the following measures to reduce physical interactions at our workplace and during delivery
At our workplace:
We have only a small team in the office and ensure at least 1-metre distance between each person who is working on any day
We keep track of temperatures of our team and delivery partners/suppliers/vendors for each working day
We have a queue system in place to ensure safe distancing among delivery agents who come and collect their orders for delivery
We enforce our team and our partners to always wear masks in our workplace and on the road
We remind our team to wash hands regularly during work
We sanitise the tools, workstations, switches and handles after every working day
SafeEntry check-in and check-out is enforced for our team and all external visitors
For the safety of our customers, we have enforced no e-signature policy at the delivery address to reduce physical contact
Some delivery agents might choose to opt for contact-free delivery where they leave the items outside the unit; in such cases, recipients will be informed via phone and/or SMS notification
OUR DELIVERY TIMING
Your food is made FRESH with every order and will be shipped 3-5 days after you have placed your order online.
We offer free islandwide delivery from Monday to Saturdays (except public holidays). We’re closed on Sundays & public holidays so our team can rest and recharge 😊
Kindly note that we are unable to cater to specific delivery timing requests via our own delivery service. Our delivery partners have flexibility to follow their preferred route so they can optimise their delivery schedule for each day. This model allows us to keep our service affordable.
We offer free delivery for all of orders above $40.
However, there will be an additional delivery charge of $6 if the order falls below $40.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?
Our items are delivered in a frozen state via a dedicated freezer truck. One day before delivery, we will call you to inform that the item will be shipped the next day. If you are not around to receive it and would like to change the date, please reply and let us know.
Alternatively, if you have a specific delivery date and request that you'd like for us to delivery, please leave your comments in the section on "Additional Comments".
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place order directly through our website. To place an order, follow the following steps:
Login to your You Tiao Man account or create a new one if it’s your first order with us
Select your products
Fill in any additional requests you may have, and delivery details
Pay with your credit card, pay pal or select manual payment to pay by GIRO or PayNow
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK IN CUSTOMERS OR SELF COLLECTION?
Yes we absolutely do!
We are open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. Due to safe distancing measures, please give us a call before you come and we will advice accordingly.
