Shelf Life: 8 months, keep frozen in freezer -18 degs
Defrost the product to room temperature.
Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 150 deg
Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast to a golden brown for 5 -10 minutes
Heat some cooking oil to about 180 deg
Fry the the product lightly at 180 deg for about 1 - 5 minutes until it turns golden brown.
