You Tiao sticks

Enjoy Kaya ? Maybe you will fall in love with Kaya Mousse ! Pair it with our well loved Singaporean You Tiao for a memorable breakfast. 


  1. 3 Egg Whites​

  2. 50g Cream 

  3. 50g Kaya

  4. 4 pieces of You Tiao


  1. Whisk the egg whites in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form

  2. Remove from whisk

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it thickens to stiff peaks

  4. Stir Kaya into the cream

  5. Using a large metal spoon, fold the cream mixture into the whisked egg whites

  6. Pour mixture into 4 individual pots and chill in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set

  7. Serve With You Tiao
